My project for today is a sewing project, a case which I made for my Knit Pick Interchangeable Needles. I used the materials at hand (and you can see that my green sewing thread does not quite match the fabric, but it will do). It has a row of small pockets for interchangeable needles and a row of larger pockets below, for the cables and other accessories. I used a button to fasten it up.
I am happy with the finished bag and feel that it will come very handy to keep my needles all tidy and organized. I may add some embroidered numbers on the pockets to mark the various sizes.
Cute! I really like the floral print of the fabric.
ReplyDeleteI just recently made a similar holder for all my old straight needles. It does feel good to get them all organized, and also to use up bits of extra fabric.
Gorgeous! I need to make one of these for my interchangeables :)
ReplyDeleteHi Mariya love the bag its gorgeous material...I think the green thread is fine just call it contrasting stitching !! Hope all is well with your family...I was saddened to hear about the earthquake so soon after the flood, we have had some devastating floods as well.Mother Nature can be cruel sometimes
ReplyDeleteA wonderful and useful design thing for your needles.
ReplyDeleteI wish you a creative time.
